  3. The registration fee for CATALOG ON A DISK is $55.  (NY residents please 
  4. add sales tax.).  When you register you get the following:

  6. 1.       Permission to make and distribute catalogs (you MUST
  7.          include all the original files in "file list 1" on page 4 of this
  8.          manual when you do this).
  9.  
  10. 2.       The registration reminder at the top of the screen is replaced
  11.          by your company's name, your name, or any message you
  12.          request (60 character maximum.  If you prefer no message
  13.          here please indicate on the order form).
  14.  
  15. 3.       A printed manual.
  16.  
  17. 4.       The latest version of CATALOG ON A DISK on a disk.
  18.  
  19. 5.       A special offer from CompuServe to subscribe with $15 free
  20.          connect time (Subject to CompuServe still offering this).

  30. If you use CATALOG ON A DISK for 30 days or more,or if you want to send 
  31. out catalogs you must register your copy.

  33. Distribution disks (registration NOT included) are $6 (plus S&L: $2 for 
  34. the first disk, .50 for each additional disk*).

  36. Registration costs $55 plus $2.50 shipping & handling.

  38. New York residents MUST include sales tax (Mario insists!).
